We prioritize the safety and comfort of our passengers and may exercise this right based on factors such as disruptive behavior, violation of terms, or any situation deemed detrimental to the well-being of our staff or other customers.
Booking
When booking with Nashrovers, please ensure accurate information regarding the number of passengers and accompanying luggage. This ensures we can provide the appropriate vehicle and service to meet your needs effectively.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Nashrovers does not impose cancellation charges. However, we kindly request that you provide sufficient notice in case of cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to adjust our schedules and serve other passengers efficiently.
Payment Policy
Nashrovers primarily accepts card payments to ensure both convenience and safety for our clients. While we may accept cash in specific instances, we generally discourage this method due to security concerns, as managing cash in vehicles poses challenges. Additionally, please note that all online payments may be subject to a 9.25% TN sales tax. We aim to provide secure and smooth transactions for all our services.
Cleanup Fees
Nashrovers reserves the right to charge additional cleanup fees for any incidental mess left in the vehicle. A cleanup fee of $150, depending on the complexity of the job, will be applied for the removal of bodily fluids, stains, or any extensive cleaning required.
Damage Responsibility
Riders are fully responsible for any damage incurred to the interior or exterior of the vehicle during their usage.
Cancellation Due to Extreme Road Conditions
Nashrovers reserves the right to cancel bookings or appointments in extreme road conditions. Users will be notified, and options for refunds or rescheduling will be provided when such situations arise.
