We felt so safe with the ride service he provided from picking us up from the airport, taking us to our rental, picking us up one night and driving us to our dinner reservations on Broadway, and picking us back up from our rental and taking us back to the airport on our last day!! His vehicles were exceptionally clean and he treated us like a friend….he had conversations with us while driving instead of riding in silence! Working in the service industry (banking) for 25 years, this experience is at the top of my list. Going into our visit to Nashville, transportation seemed to be just something we needed. It became more than that almost immediately. I cannot express in words how appreciative I am of the service provided, but more importantly of the person we met. Communicated around flight landing to give us directions to where he was. Was patient with us getting bags. Gave us some great recommendations on places to go visit and to eat. He even texted us those so we wouldn’t forget! He was available during our stay for additional pick ups if we needed. Super friendly! I would definitely recommend Nashrovers!!
